Harcourts Property Centre has marked its tenth anniversary with the launch of its 2026 strategy, titled ‘The Next Chapter’.
The milestone event celebrated a decade of growth and a record-breaking financial year, seeing the group eclipse the $1 billion mark for the first time.
Despite a challenging market with approximately 25 per cent fewer listings than previous years, the group transacted over 1,200 properties to deliver $1.5 billion in total sales.
Co-Managing Director Nathan O’Neill attributed this exceptional performance to the team’s professionalism in sustaining fees against industry trends and the strategic recruitment of 94 new staff members across the network.
Looking ahead, Co-Managing Directors Sam Devlin and Aaron Brooks outlined a disciplined roadmap for 2026 centered on three core priorities.
Key initiatives include the rollout of a new group website and expanded strategic partnerships with Birdeye, View Media Group, and Chunky Duck.
The leadership team also announced a bold accountability commitment to generate 100 leads per week across the network, equating to one appraisal per agent, every week.
The event, described by Mr Devlin as their "best yet", combined high-level strategy with practical skill-building.
Attendees heard from Red Bull Air Race champion Matt Hall and Olympic gold medallist Brooke Hanson on resilience and decision-making under pressure, alongside industry insights from D’Leanne Lewis.
Mr Devlin emphasised that the group’s fundamental driver remains internal capability rather than simple headcount expansion.
By fostering an environment where staff are supported professionally and culturally, Harcourts Property Centre aims to continue its trajectory of high performance.
As Mr Devlin concluded, "If you care for your people first, everything else follows."
