Harcourts is proud to announce the opening of its newest South Australian office Harcourts Coast & Vines. This milestone is led by Corey Michelmore, a sixth-generation local who brings an unparalleled depth of knowledge and dedication to the region he calls home.

The Michelmore family’s roots in the Willunga and Meadows districts trace back to the 1850s, with generations managing dairy and beef cattle farms. Growing up on a beef cattle property, Corey developed a strong foundation in farming and values deeply tied to the local community.

This heritage, combined with his 25-year career in property sales and management, makes him an ideal leader for the new Harcourts Coast & Vines office.

Corey Michelmore shared, "Opening the Harcourts Coast & Vines office represents more than just a business venture for me; it’s about continuing my family’s legacy and serving the community I’ve always been part of.

I’m excited to bring Harcourts’ innovative property services to Willunga and beyond, and to create meaningful connections with buyers, sellers, and property owners in the area."

The decision to partner with Harcourts stems from the company’s commitment to offering exceptional service, cutting-edge property marketing tools, and a genuine focus on people. Harcourts’ national brand presence and dedication to integrity, authenticity, and a bit of fun resonated strongly with Corey and his team.

Heather Edwards, CEO of Harcourts SA, emphasised Corey’s fit with the brand’s ethos, stating, "Corey’s professional approach, enthusiasm, and attention to detail ensure Harcourts Coast & Vines will deliver on our promise of exceptional service.

This new Harcourts team embodies our values, and I have no doubt will contribute immensely to the local property market."

Located in a high-profile position on 12 High Street, the new office provides an ideal base for both sales and property management. The team boasts over 80 years of combined sales experience and more than 40 years in property management, ensuring clients receive an unmatched level of expertise and personalised service.

The office has already generated significant buyer interest, highlighting the growing demand for property in the region.

Corey and his team’s involvement extends beyond property, reflecting a deep commitment to the local community. They have supported community groups, sporting clubs, and Corey has previously served as a committee member of the Willunga Business & Tourism Association.

The launch of Harcourts Coast & Vines creates new opportunities for homeowners, investors, and anyone looking to immerse themselves in the charm of the Fleurieu Peninsula.

With a focus on putting people first and maintaining a light-hearted, approachable atmosphere, Harcourts Coast & Vines aims to create a lasting positive impact in the local community.
