REMAX Australia put on the ultimate celebration for its members at its annual awards gala event held at The Star Brisbane on 19th February, acknowledging the exceptional achievements of the network’s professionals.
With an energy that has seen REMAX propel through the Australia real estate industry, almost 500 attendees shared in the successes of the network, the night culminating in the announcement of the network’s top honour, The Eagle Award, this year awarded to Wes McGregor.
REMAX Australia Managing Director Joel Davoren said that in describing this year’s Eagle Award recipient, legacy and contribution represented what he valued most in Mr McGregor, who has been with REMAX for nearly 25 years.
“The Eagle Award is the ultimate professional achievement within our Australian network, awarded to an elite group of leading professionals that model and represent how our profession should be seen,” he said. “I’m truly delighted to present this award to Wes, recognising his achievements and contributions not only as a broker-owner, but as a highly skilled salesperson.”

The network’s highest business performance accolade, the Pinnacle Enterprise Award, was awarded to REMAX The Limitless Group, with the multi-office also awarded the top office for transaction sides and settled commissions, respectively.
Toowoomba’s REMAX Success was named the Top Individual Office, awarded for transaction sides and settled commissions.
The 2025 awards brought a change to auction categories, with the introduction of the inaugural Michael Davoren Auction Awards. While the awards themselves were not new, the decision to rename them was a nod to honour Michael Davoren’s career, recognised as one of the industry’s greatest advocates for the auction process. Micahel Davoren congratulated REMAX Revolution, awarded Top Auction Office, with Henry Wong, from the same office, awarded Top Auction Agent.
Toowoomba’s Melita Bell and Jacqui Walker, from REMAX Success, were inducted into the REMAX International Circle of Legends. The special REMAX Global group recognises elite performance in the industry.

Chevy McGrath, from REMAX Property Professionals was named REMAX Australia’s Rookie of the Year.
Morningside’s Kylee Harnisch and Toowoomba’s Jacqui Walker joined the network’s highest achieving sales professionals receiving the network's top club status, Triple Diamond Club Award. REMAX Australia Managing Director Joel Davoren thanked the network for the effort, professionalism and positive impact of all REMAX members in what was an incredible year for the network.
“REMAX Australia is attracting the best through providing the best,” he said. “Our network has grown significantly, welcoming new business owners, agents and professionals across the country and we’re looking to 2026 with refined momentum to elevate our network. Presence, growth, innovation, energy and client success remain our core values and our strength.”
Mr Davoren reflected on the previous year, citing a very strong market for sellers, leading to significant volume pressure with regards to sales in most regions, “in other words, extremely tight stock levels and challenging conditions for buyers and agents.”
“It was a year of having to keep showing up and when we look back at the year that was, we can honestly say that we did a good job as a group,” he said.
“We worked hard, we looked after our clients, we grew and we got better. The evening is about celebrating each and every one of you – our champions.”
“Congratulations to all of our 2025 award winners, tonight we celebrate you.”
