A dynamic duo with three decades of experience in the property industry has launched a new real estate office under the Harcourts banner, strengthening the network’s footprint in the northern Gold Coast region.

The Harcourts brand has made a welcome return to Queensland’s Hope Island with the establishment of Harcourts Rodgers Group, spearheaded by seasoned professionals Tamara and Oliver Rodgers.

With their combined 30 years of expertise, the pair aims to drive growth in both sales and property management services in this thriving area.

“Our mission extends beyond transactions; we’re dedicated to building lasting relationships with our clients and the broader community,” said Oliver Rodgers, who leads the sales team.

“Our approach is about trust and long-term success, focusing on delivering exceptional service, one client and one property at a time.”

The Rodgers duo emphasises a personalised approach, ensuring that each client is treated with the same care and attention they would give to advising their own family or friends.

Tamara Rodgers shared insights into their journey, noting that the family-owned agency has been committed to serving the Northern Gold Coast community since 2017.

“We don’t see our clients as just another number. Selling or managing a property is deeply personal to us, and we are with our clients every step of the way, helping them realise their property dreams,” she explained.

Harcourts Rodgers Group also brings a unique edge to the market, boasting advanced training in luxury home sales through globally renowned programs, allowing them to excel across all property types. Their dedication to the local community shines through in their support for North Gold Coast Touch and their contributions to Wildcare Australia.

Greg Allan, CEO of Harcourts Queensland, expressed excitement about the office opening.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Oliver, Tamara, and their team back to Hope Island under the Harcourts banner,” he said.

“They bring a wealth of experience and a genuine commitment to achieving the best outcomes for their clients, which aligns perfectly with our values.”
