One Agency has announced the launch of One Agency Aureo Property, a new office poised to service Sydney’s burgeoning South-West. Led by former competitors and now co-Directors Mr Sandeep Shrestha and Mr Ash Raj Baidya, the office’s opening signifies the continued strategic expansion of the One Agency network, which has seen significant growth in early 2026. 

This launch marks the second new office in New South Wales this year, following two recent openings in Victoria and the network's international expansion into Papua New Guinea.

Mr Baidya has over six years of dedicated experience in the South-West Sydney market, where he has cultivated a reputation for results through strong negotiation and understanding client goals to deliver powerful outcomes. Mr Shrestha is a customer-focused agent renowned for his expertise in client relations and portfolio management, bringing a well-rounded perspective to property transactions.
