Harcourts Real Estate Training Centre (HRETC) is proud to announce yet another recent graduate securing their first job in the exciting RE industry.

Recent graduate Madeline Philips has secured her first role in the industry as an asset manager with Harcourts Launceston, immediately following the completion of her training. This achievement highlights the effectiveness of the Centre's hands-on, industry-focused approach to real estate education.

Madeline’s journey from student to professional demonstrates the value of practical, well-supported training.

The Harcourts Real Estate Training Centre, a Registered Training Organisation, is committed to equipping students with the skills and confidence necessary for a successful career in real estate.

The curriculum is designed and delivered by licensed real estate agents who bring years of direct industry experience to the classroom.

"The skills and knowledge I gained at Harcourts were instrumental in securing this position," said Madeline Philips. She credits the programme's challenging content, particularly the study of legislation, and the readily available support from the training team for her success.

She noted that the qualification improved her communication and people skills, which have been invaluable in her new role.

Irene Green, CEO of Harcourts Real Estate Training Centre, commented, "Maddie's success is a testament to her hard work and another great story to add to our collection reflecting the quality of our training programme."

Kate Littlejohn, Director of Harcourts Launceston, added, "We are thrilled to welcome Maddie to our team and look forward to her contributions."

HRETC is committed to high standards in providing nationally recognised training for Australia's real estate sector.

Powered by the Harcourts brand, the centre ensures students learn from active, qualified real estate professionals. The aim is to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to succeed in the industry through challenging, rewarding, and fun training.

Madeline shared her positive experience, concluding, "I felt supported every step of the way, and I knew that I always had someone I could contact if I was struggling at any point with my studies."

Reflecting on her experience, she credited the training centre's supportive environment and practical approach for her success. "The skills and knowledge I gained were instrumental in securing this position.”

"My experience with Harcourts Real Estate Training Centre was absolutely amazing."
