Harcourts continues its strategic growth by welcoming Danielle Cargill (pictured) as Head of Property Management at Harcourts RPG, reuniting her with Property Management Operations Manager for Harcourts Victoria, Rachel Atkin.

This reunion brings together nearly five decades of combined experience, reinforcing Harcourts' commitment to excellence in the property management sector.

Maurice Romano, Principal at Harcourts RPG, expressed his enthusiasm for the new appointment. "Danielle's extensive experience and proven leadership make her the perfect fit to lead our Property Management team," he said.

The move strengthens the team and signals a significant enrichment to the services offered to clients.

The reunion is a notable event for the network, particularly for Rachel Atkin, who is delighted to be working with her former colleague again.

"I am excited to reunite with Danielle and leverage her expertise to enhance our property management services," said Ms. Atkin. This sentiment is shared by Ms. Cargill, who is eager to contribute to the company's success.

"I am thrilled to join Harcourts and work alongside Maurice and Rachel to deliver exceptional results for our clients," she stated.

This strategic hire is part of a broader trend of attracting top-tier talent to the Harcourts network.

Ms. Atkin also recently welcomed another former colleague, Michael Woollard, who joined the team at Harcourts Greater Melton on 6th October. Mark Mintoff, from the Greater Melton office, expressed his delight in having Mr. Woollard on board.

Harcourts' ability to attract professionals of such a high calibre is a testament to Ms. Atkin's leadership and the network's recent expansion.

The company's recognition by The Australian as one of the "Best Places to Work 2025" further solidifies its reputation as an employer of choice.

"Combine this with best in industry property management training and our Harcourts Real Estate Training Centre (RTO)... we really do put people first!" concluded Ms. Atkin.
