Jane’s ethos has always been centred on trust, professionalism, and a dedication to serving the unique needs of her clients.

With the launch of Harcourts All About Property, her mission is to raise the bar for client care in the industry. “It’s a privilege to be trusted with the sale of what is often someone’s most valuable asset. Trust is everything—without it, I have nothing,” Jane reflects.

Jane brings a deep understanding of the local market, exceptional negotiation skills, and an unwavering commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences. Her leadership and dedication ensure the business is ready to cater to Annerley and Yeronga’s vibrant riverside community as well as the surrounding suburbs.

Jane’s professional career took root in the hospitality industry before growing into the field of retail through her own import business. However, a pivotal moment came in 2011 when her business faced devastation from flooding.

Jane found her silver lining during that challenging period and courageously transitioned into real estate. “Real estate became my doorway to building positive, lifelong connections,” she says.

Jane purchased an existing real estate business in 2015 in Ipswich Rd, Annerley, driven by her vision to create a people-first office culture that fostered collaboration over competition.

The results speak for themselves, as key members of her team have remained with her for years, a testament to the supportive and tight-knit environment she has cultivated.

For Jane, Yeronga, Annerley and surrounds is more than a location; it’s home. A proud Yeronga local for nearly two decades, Jane maintains deep connections to the area. Her grandmother lived in the suburb, her mother attended Yeronga State School, and today, Jane has raised her children in the same community, furthering that family connection.

“Yeronga holds a special place in my heart,” she shares. “It’s a unique community, and it’s an honour to work in a place that means so much to me.”

This sense of family echoes through her team dynamic as well. Jane’s office is a family affair in the truest sense, with her daughter and son both working alongside her (pictured).

Her niece Jess has been with her for 5 years, as well as her lifelong friend Helen Littleproud. Long-term team members like Kylie Hall, Camille Huxham, and Nick Bowen have also become part of this extended family, collectively contributing to the office’s people-driven culture.

“At the heart of our business is a deep sense of community and family. It’s what truly  sets us apart,” Jane adds.
