There’s fresh energy at Belle Property Mosman as the agency welcomes two rising names to its Lower North Shore operation — Gemma Simons and Jessica Stubberfield.

The appointments signal the team’s continued investment in a tightly held market, with directors Matthew Smythe, Mark Jackson and David Benjafield looking to build on momentum across Mosman and surrounding suburbs.

Simons brings years of local experience and hits the ground running with a listing at 113 Awaba Street, Mosman — a Californian Bungalow held by one family for over 25 years.

She said the move to Belle Property was driven by alignment of values and a reputation for five-star client care.

“I’ve always admired the brand,” said Simons. “It’s collaborative, it’s premium, and the culture fits exactly with how I want to work.”

Stubberfield, with a strong background in both the Cremorne and Mosman markets, has already secured her first sale and is preparing to launch a top-floor apartment in Cremorne Point.

She pointed to Belle Property’s people-first approach as the deciding factor.

“It’s a network that genuinely values relationships,” Stubberfield said. “There’s real support here, and that translates to better outcomes for clients.”

The Mosman office is part of Belle Property’s broader Lower North Shore footprint, which includes Neutral Bay, Crows Nest and Cammeray. According to Jackson, that local collaboration is what gives the network its edge.

“We’re building serious momentum right now,” he said. “Gemma and Jess add even more spark to what’s already a high-performing team.”

Smythe added the duo’s appointments would deepen the team’s reach and expertise.

“This is about growing the right way — bringing in people who not only know the area but also thrive in a team environment.”

Benjafield agreed: “It’s not growth for the sake of it. It’s strategic. Both Gemma and Jess have already shown they’re the right fit — and they’re only just getting started.”

With over two decades in Mosman, Belle Property continues to evolve with a clear focus: integrity, results, and building a team that works together.
