BresicWhitney has announced the return of prominent Eastern Suburbs agent Catherine Dixon, nearly a decade after her initial stint with the Sydney-based real estate group.

Dixon, a highly regarded figure in the Paddington market, rejoins the agency alongside long-time colleagues William Hesketh and Kane Dunkley.

The trio brings extensive experience and a strong track record in one of Sydney’s most tightly held residential precincts.

Dixon, who holds degrees in arts, law and architecture, is known for her strategic approach and deep market knowledge.

Her return is viewed as both a homecoming and a move that reinforces BresicWhitney’s position in the inner-city prestige market.

“Returning to BresicWhitney was driven by the brand’s evolution and a shared alignment of values,” Dixon said.

“The group’s structure and connected presence across key lifestyle suburbs offers a unique platform for delivering results at scale.”

Hesketh also returns to the business after beginning his career with BresicWhitney nine years ago. Dunkley, who has worked alongside Dixon for several years, completes the team’s transition.

BresicWhitney chief executive Thomas McGlynn said the appointments come at a time of strategic growth for the group.

“Catherine, Will and Kane are regarded as among the most effective agents in Sydney’s premium residential market.

Their decision to rejoin the business reflects our continued investment in quality talent and deep local expertise,” McGlynn said.

The move is expected to further entrench BresicWhitney’s market share in the Eastern Suburbs, where competition among boutique and networked brands remains strong amid limited stock levels and sustained demand.
