Harcourts RPG has announced the launch of Harcourts Project Sales (Victoria), establishing the first dedicated project sales team in Australia for the Harcourts network.

This landmark move signals a major step forward in the group’s project marketing capabilities, positioning the division as a new powerhouse for property developers across Melbourne’s metropolitan and key growth corridors.

The newly formed team has immediately demonstrated its market strength with its flagship appointment: Romano Property Group’s Napier 235 development in Fitzroy. Construction on the 14 luxury residences has just commenced, with 50 per cent of the project already sold. Property prices range from $1.3 million to $5.2 million, highlighting robust buyer demand and market confidence.

Leading this success is the landmark sale of the development's exclusive Level 5 penthouse for $5.2 million, setting a new benchmark for premium apartment living in the area.

Occupying the entire floor, the residence offers complete privacy, arriving via a private lift entrance into a home defined by 180-degree north-facing panoramic views, abundant natural light, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow.

"Establishing Harcourts Project Sales is a defining moment for our national network and a major step forward in our project marketing capability," said Maurice Romano, Group Managing Director of Romano Property Group and Harcourts RPG.

"The rapid sales momentum and premium pricing we have achieved at Napier 235—particularly the $5.2 million penthouse—demonstrate the diligence and expertise our team brings to the table. We are delivering a high-performance sales platform that developers can trust to achieve exceptional results."

Building on the success of Napier 235, Harcourts Project Sales (Vic) is already expanding its portfolio. The team has been appointed to sell a second major project in the industrial sector, located at Albert Street, Preston, which will feature 24 boutique warehouses in a prime location.

To support this rapid expansion and build upon current momentum, Harcourts Project Sales (Vic) is actively recruiting a Business Development Manager. This role will be crucial in strengthening channel partnerships and driving further growth across the state.

"We are actively seeking to collaborate with property developers and channel partners who require a results-driven, professional project sales solution," Romano added. "Our focus is entirely on building trust through transparent processes and delivering market-leading outcomes."
