One Agency Tina Lee Celebrates 16-year Milestone as Subscription Economy Flourishes

One Agency is proud to celebrate the 16-year  anniversary of One Agency Tina Lee, one of the first 10 offices to join the innovative  subscription-based real estate group in 2009. 

Tina Lee’s journey with One Agency began with a vision to break free from the constraints  of traditional franchise models. Over the years, she has built a thriving business that  combines the independence of running her own boutique agency with the support of a  globally recognised brand. 

Reflecting on her 16 years with One Agency, Mrs Lee shared; “It’s the freedom that I can run  my business my way and the support I need is only a phone call away. It gives me the  flexibility of running an independent business with the backing of a recognised,  international brand.” 

Mrs Lee’s real estate career began in 2004 with a mission to deliver exceptional service and  help her clients achieve their property goals. While her business base is in Chatswood, One  Agency Tina Lee represents clients in sales and property management across Sydney’s  North Shore and beyond. 

“Eighty per cent of my business comes from referrals and repeat clients,” says Mrs Lee.  “Often, tenants move on to become landlords themselves, then they invite me to be  property manager.” 

A long-time local resident, Mrs Lee’s intimate knowledge of the area, combined with her  ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds through her fluency in English,  Cantonese, and Mandarin, has been instrumental in her success. In the past 12-months  alone, she has achieved a remarkable 27 median days on marketⁱ, significantly outperforming Sydney’s median of 39 days^.

Mrs Lee’s family has also become an integral part of the business. Her husband, licensed  real estate agent Ennio Leung, and her son Gabriel Leung, a rising star in the industry, work  alongside her to deliver exceptional results.  

Recently, Tina and Gabriel achieved a standout sale for a contemporary family home at 120  Macpherson Street, Cremorneⁱⁱⁱ. The light-filled two-storey residence, complete with heated  pool and EV charger, sold for $4,750,000 after an extensive campaign attracted significant  interest.
