Harcourts has once again demonstrated its leadership in the Australian real estate industry, claiming the prestigious Large Agency Network award at the 11th Annual RateMyAgent Awards ceremony held in Melbourne. The awards, which recognize Australia's most trusted real estate agents, agencies, property managers and mortgage brokers, are determined by verified, performance-based client reviews.
The network's dominance extended across multiple categories, with Harcourts offices and agents securing top honours in several states and territories. Among the standout achievements, Harcourts Mandurah claimed the Sales Agency of the Year award for Western Australia, whilst Harcourts Rata & Co in Thomastown/Lalor was recognised as Victoria's Sales Agency of the Year. In the Northern Territory, Nutrien Harcourts Alice Springs took home the Sales Agency of the Year honour.
Individual excellence was also celebrated, with Brad Malingre from Harcourts Mandurah named Western Australia's Rising Star, and Baljinder Singh from Harcourts Shine earning the Rising Star accolade for South Australia.
"These awards aren't about who has the biggest marketing budget; they are about who provides the best experience for Australian homeowners," said RateMyAgent CEO Jim Crisera.
