Founders Trish and Nathan Pearman (pictured) have announced they are expanding their footprint with the upcoming launch of a secondary location: Harcourts Belize Group – Ormeau. This expansion seamlessly blends the Pearmans' unmatched local expertise with the world-class technology, support, and global reach of the Harcourts network.

Founded in 2017 by industry veteran Trish Pearman—whose career in real estate dates back to 2003—Belize Property started with absolute belief and entirely "no plan B". Over the years, Trish and her husband Nathan have built a formidable reputation for delivering exceptional results while staying deeply rooted in their local community. Aligning with a major corporate brand was never the original goal, but the right partnership proved too good to pass up.
