Harcourts has unveiled a major upgrade to one of its most popular internal tools, launching a new Digital Business Planning platform within H360 designed to help sales consultants and offices build clearer, more structured plans for growth.
The platform now acts as a one-stop shop for creating and managing business plans, bringing strategy, goal setting and performance tracking together in one streamlined digital environment.
Long regarded as a valuable planning resource within the Harcourts network, the tool has been significantly enhanced for 2026, with new functionality and an improved user experience designed to better support agents and offices in a fast-moving market.
The sales consultant version is now live within H360, while the office version of the Digital Business Planning tool launched this week, enabling business leaders to align office-level strategy with individual consultant goals.
“At Harcourts our purpose is helping others achieve success, and this tool is a practical expression of that — giving our people the clarity, structure and insights they need to build stronger businesses,” explains Nick Jewitt, Harcourts Head of Data and Analytics.
Jewitt said the platform reflects Harcourts’ ongoing commitment to equipping its network with practical technology that supports smarter decision-making and long-term performance.
“Business planning has always been one of the most important disciplines for success in real estate, and this platform makes that process simpler, more accessible and far more powerful,” Jewitt said.
“The H360 Digital Business Planning tool gives consultants and offices a clear way to map their goals, track progress and connect daily activity with long-term outcomes.”
A key feature of the platform is the “Find Your Why” component, encouraging consultants to connect professional ambitions with personal motivation, helping to create more meaningful and sustainable business goals.
The platform also allows consultants and offices to benchmark performance across the wider Harcourts network, providing greater visibility into activity, trends and opportunities for growth.
According to Jewitt, that transparency reflects the collaborative culture within the Harcourts group.
“What makes Harcourts unique is that our network is far more collaborative than competitive,” he said.
“By allowing our people to see how they’re tracking against broader benchmarks, we’re creating an environment where agents can learn from each other, share best practice and collectively lift performance across the network.”
Built in collaboration with Harcourts Academy and Operations teams, the platform has also been refined using direct user feedback from across the Harcourts network, with improvements to navigation, usability and workflow designed to make the planning process easier to complete and easier to maintain throughout the year.
Jewitt said the redevelopment reflects both the popularity of the original tool and the opportunity to build on its success.
“This has consistently been one of our most popular products internally, so the opportunity this year was to take it up a notch,” he said.
“We’ve listened closely to how our people use the platform and built a stronger, more intuitive system that supports both individual consultants and entire offices.”
With the tool now live in H360, Harcourts consultants and offices are encouraged to explore the platform and begin building or refreshing their business plans for the year ahead.
By bringing planning, tracking and motivation together in one place, the platform is designed to help agents stay focused, accountable and aligned with their long-term goals.
The Digital Business Planning platform sits within Harcourts’ broader H360 ecosystem, which continues to evolve as a central hub for technology, insights and tools designed to help Harcourts professionals build stronger, more resilient businesses.
