Harcourts Australia is thrilled to welcome a dynamic new leader to its executive team. Kiarni Hall has been selected to steer the company’s operational strategy, bringing a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective to the organisation.

Her appointment marks a significant step in the company's commitment to growth and innovation, signalling a new era of leadership focused on authentic connection and strategic excellence. 

With a career spanning 15 years across the real estate spectrum, Hall joins the team with a reputation for both professional excellence and personal sincerity.

Her journey began at the grassroots level as a receptionist at another real estate brand, progressing through roles in sales, marketing, and office management across Queensland and New South Wales.

Prior to this appointment, she held significant tenures in the commercial sector. Notably, during her time at CBRE, she was honoured as both ‘Administrative Person of the Year’ and ‘Person of the Year’ at their annual state awards, a testament to her dedication and work ethic. 

Ms Hall is celebrated not just for her operational acumen but for her inspiring and authentic leadership style.

She recently captivated audiences as the QLD inspirational women’s speaker, sharing powerful insights on perseverance through adversity and the transformative impact of kindness.

Her ability to connect with peers was further demonstrated when she moderated the operations breakout panel at the company's annual HX conference.

Her focus will now turn to revitalising operations, driving sustainable productivity gains, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement through empathy and strategic cost reduction.
