Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate has expanded its Victorian footprint with the opening of a new office in Sunbury, Victoria led by highly experienced real estate professional Angelo Adamo.
Located at Shop 7, 103 Evans Street, Sunbury, the new office will service Sunbury, Diggers Rest and the broader Macedon Ranges, providing local buyers, sellers and developers with end-to-end real estate expertise across established homes, land, and new residential projects.
Mr Adamo brings more than 30 years of experience across real estate sales. He has played a pivotal role in the marketing and launch of multiple residential estates, including Bloomdale and other projects throughout Melbourne’s western and northern growth corridors.
“All aspects of the real estate selling process for our new business, including property presentation, promotion and negotiation, will be handled collaboratively. Our focus will be on succeeding with our clients,” Mr Adamo said.
“I have found that this collaborative and transparent approach can lead to not only great sales results, but clients eventually becoming strong market advocates,” Mr Adamo said.
The Sunbury office is supported by a specialist team with deep experience in new homes and land sales, including Bruno Luciani, who brings extensive sales and land development expertise, and Melisa Cabatta, who brings more than two decades of experience in customer relations, contracts administration and new-home sales across major construction and supply building brands.
Mr Adamo believes that the business’ new office in the local area is strong starting point for the new venture. “Our office is well located, fully equipped, easy to access and supported by ample parking. It will be a strong marketing asset moving forward.”
Over time, Mr Adamo has built a reputation for reliability, transparency and results. His strong local ties further reinforce his commitment to the community, with his children and grandchildren all living and working in the area.
Complementing his real estate expertise, Mr Adamo has a diverse professional background, including formal education in engineering and supply chain management. He has held senior roles with Delphi Automotive and IBM, including as Inventory Manager on the F/A-18 Project, and has contributed to major public infrastructure initiatives such as the Victorian ticketing system.
Mr Adamo said aligning with the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate brand was a strategic decision driven by its strong processes, support and national reach.
“Working with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate provides a strong platform of confidence for our customers and our business.
We are very excited by what the future holds and are looking forward to positively contributing to the local communities that we serve,” he concluded.
