Eight days left to enter the Real Estate Today Awards 2027

There are eight days left to enter the Real Estate Today Awards 2027. Entries close at 11.59pm AEDT on Monday 9 November, and every category is free to enter.

The Awards recognise individuals, teams, agencies, networks and businesses across Australia and New Zealand, judged against published criteria. Finalists will be announced on Thursday 26 November and receive an official finalist badge. The winners will be revealed on Thursday 4 March 2027 at Cruise Bar, Circular Quay, Sydney.

Who can enter

The Awards are open to people, teams and businesses working in or serving the real estate industry in Australia and New Zealand, from sales agents, property managers and principals to administrators, marketers, auctioneers, trainers and the businesses that support them. No membership is required.

Each category sets out its own eligibility, and you can enter every category you qualify for. Results and evidence must fall within the eligibility period, 1 October 2025 to 1 October 2026 inclusive. You can enter your own work, or nominate a colleague, a team, an agency or an eligible organisation.

Special recognition

The two Grand Awards, Real Estate Professional of the Year and Real Estate Organisation of the Year, are not open for entry. They are selected through the judging process from the 2027 results.
