Harcourts Tasmania agent Jeremy Wilkinson reaches Titanium in just over six months
The Harcourts Launceston agent is the first in Tasmania to achieve Titanium status this financial year, crediting consistency, client trust and a strong team for the result.

The achievement makes Jeremy the first agent in Tasmania to reach Titanium this financial year. He has also achieved Titanium 5 Club recognition, marking five years of reaching the prestigious performance level, with his five-year trophy now engraved to recognise the milestone.
For Jeremy, the results reflect a straightforward approach to real estate: stay in touch with clients, follow up and provide honest advice.
“Selling a home can be stressful and I think people appreciate knowing what’s happening and being able to pick up the phone when they need to,” Jeremy said.
A significant proportion of his business comes from past clients and referrals, something he sees as a meaningful measure of the relationships he has built.
“When someone comes back to us or recommends us to a friend, it tells me we’ve looked after them well,” he said.
Kate Littlejohn, Co-CEO of Harcourts Tasmania, said Jeremy’s achievement reflected both his approach to his work and the relationships he had built over time.
“Jeremy’s achievement reflects the consistency, commitment and care he brings to his work. Reaching Titanium so early in the financial year is an outstanding result, and achieving Titanium five times speaks to the strength of the relationships he’s built with his clients over the years. He’s also quick to recognise the team behind him, which says a lot about the way he works. We’re delighted to see Jeremy achieve this milestone and proud of the contribution he makes to Harcourts Tasmania,” Kate said.
Jeremy also credits the people around him for helping him maintain consistent performance over time. Having a reliable team means clients continue to receive support while he can take a break when needed, helping him maintain his enthusiasm for the job.
“Having great people I can rely on also gives me a better work/life balance. I can take a break knowing our clients are in good hands. That helps me keep enjoying the job and stay enthusiastic, which is a big part of being able to keep doing it well over the years,” he said.
While reaching Titanium early in the financial year is a significant achievement, Jeremy said the five-year recognition carries its own meaning.
“Reaching Titanium five times means a lot because it shows we’ve been able to keep doing a good job over a number of years,” he said.
“You think about all the clients and the work that’s gone into getting there. I’ve been lucky to help some people buy and sell a few times now and it’s always nice when they call again.”
Jeremy was quick to share the credit with his team and the wider Harcourts Launceston office, acknowledging the work that takes place behind the scenes to support clients and deliver results.
“There’s a lot that goes on behind the scenes and I certainly couldn’t do it on my own. It’s something we can all feel good about,” he said.
His achievement highlights the role that consistent service, trusted relationships and a strong team can play in building a sustainable real estate business.
