REGROWTH is proud to announce a new corporate partnership with renowned Sydney auctioneer Emma Brown-Garrett, aimed at enhancing client choice and strengthening auction expertise across the real estate sector.
Emma Brown-Garrett brings over two decades of experience in real estate, having built her career in residential sales with some of Sydney’s most respected boutique agencies.
Known for her market insight and client-first approach, Emma has become one of the city’s most dynamic and sought-after auctioneers.
A gifted communicator and natural performer, Emma’s engaging auction style, adaptability, and deep understanding of market conditions have made her a standout figure in the industry.
Her professionalism, energy, and commitment to achieving the best outcomes, whether for first-home buyers or luxury estate vendors, reflect her dedication to excellence at every stage of her career.
Emma worked closely with Kylie Walsh and Lauren Kirk during their time at Di Jones and has been a passionate supporter of REGROWTH’s corporate charity initiatives.
She has generously contributed her time and talent as lead auctioneer to support fundraising efforts for REGROWTH’s partner charity, Childhood Dementia.
On 30 April and 1 May 2026, REGROWTH and Emma Brown-Garrett will co-host the Auctioneers Development Academy, a new initiative designed to support aspiring auctioneers and provide professional development for agents.
The program will focus on building auction competency, understanding auction processes, and highlighting the benefits of auctions for vendors.
