Raine & Horne Puts Wellbeing First with Launch of &Thrive App in Partnership with Rise Initiative

Raine & Horne partners with Rise Initiative to launch new wellness app Leading real estate franchise group Raine & Horne has reinforced its long-term commitment to the well-being of its people with the launch of a new wellness app called &Thrive.

The app is a white label version of the multi-award-winning Real Care app created by the Rise Initiative, with special elements and content added specifically for the 3000-plus members of the Raine & Horne Group.

The app is designed to support the unique challenges faced by real estate professionals.

It features tools to manage stress, maintain a positive mindset, and build resilience - recognising the specific experiences of real estate agents and property managers on a day-to-day basis.

It also features three free and confidential phone counselling sessions provided through the support of Domain.

The chair of the Rise Initiative, Nick West, congratulated Raine & Horne for their leadership in providing positive support for the mental wellness of their people.

The &Thrive app is available for all members of Raine & Horne offices to download through the Apple Store or Google Play.

The generic Real Care app is available to all professionals in the real estate industry and their families. Since its launch, Real Care has had more than 12,000 downloads.
