One Agency has strengthened its Western Australian footprint with the launch of One Agency Habitat, a new office in the city of Mandurah led by respected local real estate professional Greg O’Farrell.

Operating under the dual branding of One Agency Habitat and One Agency Commercial Habitat, the new business will offer both residential and commercial services.

With decades of experience in the region, O’Farrell brings deep market knowledge and a strong reputation to the network.

“Being part of a strong international brand and a subscription-based model was an instant attraction,” O’Farrell said.

“It gives me the freedom to run my business my way while still leveraging national tools & systems.”

The Mandurah launch comes off the back of a year of significant growth for One Agency.

Over the past 6 months, the network has announced new offices across New South Wales, Victoria & Queensland, a strengthened leadership team, and continued development of its proprietary platform, ONE PLACE—designed to streamline marketing, lead generation and support for members.

This consistent expansion reflects growing demand for a flexible, low-overhead business model that puts control back in the hands of business owners.

Unlike traditional franchise systems, One Agency offers a flat-fee, subscription-based structure that allows principals to retain 100 per cent of their commissions, maintain full operational control, and build their own brand under the One Agency banner.

Global Head of Membership, Mindy Powell-Hodges, said the network’s expansion is being driven by demand from agents and business owners seeking a more agile and supportive operating model.

“We’re not growing by chance — we’re growing because the model delivers real value,” Powell-Hodges said.

“Principals want local decision-making power, full earnings retention, and access to high-level marketing. Greg’s move reflects exactly what the market is looking for.”

Founder and CEO Paul Davies welcomed the addition of One Agency Habitat, highlighting O’Farrell’s leadership as a strong asset to the network.

“We’re delighted to welcome Greg to the One Agency family,” Davies said. “His expertise will add tremendous value to both the Mandurah community and our wider group.”

The Mandurah launch adds to a rising number of new openings across the region, reinforcing One Agency’s position as a cost-effective, future-focused alternative to legacy real estate networks.
