One Agency Launches in Papua New Guinea Amid Growing Market Opportunities

One Agency has today announced its international expansion into Papua New Guinea (PNG), led by seasoned local real estate professional Mr Kelly Cook as Principal and Licensee. This strategic move marks a significant milestone for the network, extending its footprint into a dynamic and high-potential frontier market.

Mr Cook brings an unparalleled depth of local market knowledge to the One Agency network, with a distinguished 25-year career in the PNG real estate sector. 

After graduating with a Political Science degree, he entered the industry and progressed through senior roles, including serving as Sales and Marketing Manager and later General Manager for major real estate firms in Port Moresby. His expertise not only includes transactions; he has actively shaped public understanding of the property market as the host of a real estate television show and as a columnist for two of the nation's major daily newspapers.

The new One Agency office in PNG will launch with a core team of five, including an Admin and Operations Manager, Accounts Clerk, IT Marketing Assistant, Sales Consultant, and Property Supervisor.
