One Agency Elite Property Group Announces Major Expansion on the NSW South Coast

One Agency is solidifying its presence on the NSW South Coast with the strategic expansion of its high-performing member, One Agency Elite Property Group. 

The group has announced the opening of two new offices in Windang and Ulladulla, marking its fifth and sixth locations, and extending its comprehensive real estate services from Wollongong to Ulladulla.

This expansion signals a new phase of growth for One Agency Elite Property Group, which has established itself as a dominant force in the region. With over 500 sales in the past 12 months, the group has significantly outpaced their competitors. 

The group's exceptional performance was recently recognised at the One Agency Australasian Awards, held at Doltone House in Sydney, where they secured four major titles, including the prestigious International Office of the Year and Property Management Office of the Year. The team was also honoured with the Community Service Award for Australia, underscoring its commitment to the communities they serve.

The new Windang office will be led by newly appointed Director, Mr Adam Martin. With over 25 years of industry experience, Mr Martin brings a wealth of local knowledge and a trusted reputation in the Southern Illawarra region. 

His award-winning career, which includes being named Agent of the Year by Real Estate Hot Topics, is built on strong community ties and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their property goals.

The move welcomes the established Ulladulla team into the network and appoints Bawley Point local, Mr Ashley-John Hatch, as the Sales Team Leader, reinforcing the group's dedication to local expertise.
