In a move that symbolises both legacy and ambition, LJ Hooker Cabramatta has officially unveiled its new office, marking nearly five decades of continuous service to the local community and setting the stage for the agency’s next chapter of growth.
Following a gala celebration attended by dignitaries, industry leaders, and longstanding supporters, director Vincent Zhang and licensee Ann Dam opened the doors to the agency’s new premises on Hughes Street, right in the heart of Cabramatta’s bustling central business district.
Positioned among a vibrant mix of culturally significant restaurants, retail outlets and community hubs, the new office underscores the agency’s commitment to remaining at the centre of the community it has served since 1976.
The unveiling represents a significant milestone for LJ Hooker Cabramatta, which was acquired last year by Zhang and Dam from its long-standing owners of over two decades.
LJ Hooker Group CEO Christine Mikhael officiated the opening, alongside federal member for Fowler, Dai Le MP, state member for Cabramatta, Tri Vo MP, and councillors from both Fairfield and Parramatta Councils — a testament to the agency’s deep community ties.
Reflecting on the occasion, Zhang said the move was about more than just a new office — it was about building a future that honours nearly half a century of dedication.
“Ann and I are proud to be part of Cabramatta’s fabric. We’re deeply invested in its future and excited to continue LJ Hooker Cabramatta’s legacy of service and community,” Zhang said.
Mikhael praised the team’s enduring impact on the region, highlighting the cultural pride and loyalty that have defined their success.
“The opening of the new office is a celebration of nearly 50 years of unwavering commitment, connection and community spirit,” she said.
“The turnout of leaders, dignitaries and loyal supporters reflected the strength of the relationships the team has nurtured over decades.”
Looking ahead, Zhang said the team’s focus is firmly on the future.“Our opening event was a proud moment — but for us, it marks the beginning.
Now, we turn our energy to growing, evolving, and delivering even greater service to our community,” he concluded.
