Colliers strengthens national Office Capital Markets & Investment Services team with strategic WA leadership hire Monday, 2 February 2026 – Colliers has appointed Cory Dell’Olio as National Director, Western Australia within the Office Capital Markets & Investment Services team further enhancing the firm’s national capability and accelerating growth across one of Australia’s most dynamic commercial markets.
Cory joins Colliers from Knight Frank bringing close to a decade of experience in commercial real estate, with particular expertise in office, medical centres, mixed-use developments, and retail investments.
His appointment reflects Colliers’ continued investment in deep sector expertise and its commitment to bolstering its market leading Office Capital Markets and Investment Services team across Australia.
Based in Perth, Cory will lead the Investment Services business in Western Australia working alongside Shane Isaacs,Aidan Austen and Richard Cash to further expand Colliers’ footprint in a market benefiting from strong development activity and sustained investor demand.
Western Australia remains a priority growth region for Colliers and Cory’s appointment reinforces the firm’s strategy to deliver specialist expertise supported by a strong national network.
Cory has extensive experience advising institutional clients, corporates, high-net-worth individuals, family offices, syndications, major development groups and east coast funds, including RAM and Barwon.
His recent track record includes notable sales across Perth’s metropolitan and regional markets with transactions spanning medical centres, lifestyle and caravan parks and development opportunities.
Notable deals include the sale of 108 Monash Avenue, Nedlands for $53 million; 270 South Western Highway, Mount Richon for $22.15 million, a prominent caravan park transaction; 533-545 Newcastle Street, West Perth for $14.5 million; Mandurah Holiday Village for $13 million and 23 Peel Road, O’Connor for $10.6 million.
