In a move that underscores its long-term vision and reinforces its position as a leading force in Sydney real estate, BresicWhitney has announced the strategic acquisition of The Woollahra Group (TWG).

The partnership marks a significant step forward in the group’s growth trajectory, increasing both its market share and presence across some of the most tightly held suburbs in Sydney.

As part of the transition, respected agent and TWG founder Randall Kemp has been appointed a shareholder in BresicWhitney.

With more than two decades of experience and a reputation for redefining suburb benchmarks, Mr Kemp brings a wealth of expertise to the ownership group.

The acquisition broadens BresicWhitney’s footprint across Woollahra, Paddington, Potts Point, Elizabeth Bay, Bellevue Hill, Bondi, and beyond—areas synonymous with Sydney’s premium property market.

This expansion is aligned with the company’s vision for growth in lifestyle markets and is expected to elevate annual sales volumes to over $3 billion, while its property management portfolio is set to exceed 5,000 homes.

Chief Executive Officer Thomas McGlynn described the development as a milestone moment.

“This is a defining chapter in our 20-year story,” Mr McGlynn said. “It represents a shared commitment to excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth. We’re proud to welcome Randall and his team as we continue to drive forward a client-focused, values-led approach to real estate.”

Mr Kemp, widely regarded as one of the most accomplished agents in Sydney’s East, brings with him an impressive track record of prestige sales—including record-setting transactions in Woollahra and Paddington.

“This next chapter is about building on everything we’ve achieved and aligning with a brand and culture that truly reflect our standards and ambition,” Mr Kemp said.

“It’s a privilege to join BresicWhitney and be part of a team that places such strong emphasis on collaboration, results, and long-term relationships.”

Several members of the TWG team across sales and property management will also join BresicWhitney, bringing additional depth and capability to the business.

The integration is expected to be completed by July 2025, as both teams work closely to ensure a smooth transition and continued service excellence for clients across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.
