Stone Real Estate announces a new partnership with Cooley, further enhancing its auction capabilities and reinforcing its commitment to delivering a premium auction experience for agents and clients across its growing network.
Over the past 10 years, Stone has grown into a highly regarded real estate brand with a presence across five Australian states and New Zealand. As the network continues to expand in 2026 and beyond, the partnership with Cooley marks an important step in ensuring Stone agents have access to the highest level of auction support, specialist expertise and resources available in the market.
Importantly, the partnership does not replace existing auctioneer relationships within offices. Instead, it has been designed to increase Stone’s capacity to support rising auction volumes across the network, while giving agents access to one of the most recognised and respected auction brands in Australia.
With more than 20 years of experience and over 80,000 auctions conducted, Cooley brings deep market knowledge, national reach and proven scale. Stone agents will benefit from access to highly skilled specialist auctioneers, along with the Cooley Index, a powerful data resource designed to support stronger listing conversations, market commentary and campaign strategy.
The partnership will also deliver significant operational benefits, with a streamlined online booking platform allowing agents to secure their preferred auctioneer quickly and efficiently at the point of listing. Cooley’s integration with Realtair simplifies compliance and documentation through electronic bidder registrations, bidding authorities and reserve signing, while maintaining a clear digital record throughout the process.
Live streaming functionality will also be available for every auction, creating greater flexibility for remote buyers, absentee vendors and online bidders, and helping expand buyer participation on every campaign. Together, these features are designed to make the auction process stronger, smoother and more successful for Stone agents and their clients.
Stone’s Head of Training & Auctions, Peter Malouf, said the partnership reflects Stone’s continued focus on giving its network access to premium tools, training and auction expertise as the business grows.
“This partnership is about continuing to strengthen the auction experience for our agents and their clients as Stone grows,” said Malouf. “Cooley is the most recognised auction brand in the country, and aligning with Damien and his team gives our network access to exceptional auctioneers, market-leading systems, valuable data insights and specialised training that will help drive stronger performance.”
Managing Director of Cooley, Damien Cooley, said the partnership was a strong alignment between two premium brands focused on performance, innovation and client experience.
“Stone has built an impressive national business with a clear commitment to quality, innovation and supporting its people,” said Cooley.
“We are excited to partner with the Stone network and provide agents with the auction expertise, technology and training they need to create better experiences and stronger outcomes for their clients.”
As part of the partnership, Stone agents will also gain access to specialised training through The Auction Blueprint, a two-part course led by Damien Cooley and focused on helping agents sharpen their auction skills and improve performance.
With premium auctioneering support, streamlined technology and industry-leading training, the partnership reflects Stone’s ongoing investment in helping its network deliver outstanding results.
