NAI Harcourts Pinnacle, the award-winning commercial sales, leasing and property management agency based in Aspley, has been named a Finalist in the Real Estate Institute of Australia's (REIA) National Awards for Excellence 2026 in the Commercial Agency of the Year category.

The announcement follows the agency's REIQ Commercial and Industrial Agency of the Year win in 2025, marking a significant milestone in its ongoing pursuit of excellence across Northern Brisbane's commercial property market.

The REIA National Awards for Excellence (NAFE) is one of the most prestigious recognition programmes in Australian real estate, celebrating leadership, innovation, and professionalism across residential and commercial sectors. Finalists are drawn from every state and territory, with this year's cohort spanning 23 categories and recognising 136 outstanding professionals and businesses nationwide. Winners will be announced at a gala event in Melbourne on 21 May.

For NAI Harcourts Pinnacle, the national finalist nomination represents a natural progression from its state-level success.

"To go from REIQ Agency of the Year to a national finalist in the space of twelve months is a tremendous achievement for the entire team," said Tom Donnelly, Head of Commercial at NAI Harcourts. "NAI Harcourts Pinnacle has consistently raised the bar for commercial real estate practice in Queensland, and this recognition at the national level is a testament to the standards they uphold every single day."

The agency, which specialises in the sale and leasing of commercial property across Northern Brisbane, has built its reputation on deep local knowledge, ethical practice, and a client-first approach. Director Phil Grant, who was recently named the Number 1 NAI Harcourts Sales Agent in Australia, has spent the past decade establishing himself as the leading authority on the Brendale Industrial Precinct.

"We've always believed that doing right by our clients — being honest, being consistent, and following through on your word — is what builds a lasting business," said Phil Grant, Owner, Director of Commercial Sales and Leasing at NAI Harcourts Pinnacle. "Being recognised at the national level affirms that those values resonate far beyond our local market. I'm incredibly proud of what this team has achieved."

Backed by the broader Pinnacle network — which encompasses residential sales and property management — the commercial team is able to offer clients comprehensive, end-to-end support across every stage of the property process.

"Our strength lies in the depth of expertise we have across the entire Pinnacle group," said David McCall, Chief Operations Officer at Harcourts Pinnacle. "The commercial division doesn't operate in isolation — it draws on the full capability of our network to deliver outcomes that are seamless and stress-free for our clients. This finalist nomination is a reflection of that collective commitment."

Founded in 1924, the REIA serves as the national voice of the Australian real estate profession, uniting the industry through integrity, collaboration, and advocacy. Its annual awards programme recognises best practice not only in sales performance, but in community contribution, innovation, and values-driven leadership.

"The calibre of this year's finalists reflects the extraordinary depth of talent across the Australian real estate sector," said a REIA spokesperson.

"NAI Harcourts Pinnacle's nomination in the Commercial Agency of the Year category speaks to an agency that has demonstrated genuine excellence — not just in results, but in the way they conduct themselves and serve their communities," continued Mr Donnelly.

"Being named a national finalist is humbling, but it's also motivating — it tells us we're on the right path, and that the work we put in every day to serve our clients genuinely matters," concluded Mr Grant.
