Sydney's leading property group BresicWhitney has announced the appointment of Will Gosse as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.
In his 12 years with BresicWhitney, Mr. Gosse has shaped the business not only as Director and Chief Operating Officer, but as Shareholder and more recently, Acting CEO.
The appointment follows a thorough process to determine the group's next Chief Executive. It marks a new chapter for BresicWhitney, said Founder and Director Shannan Whitney.
"Will is a grounded leader who understands the spirit of BresicWhitney. He's helped shape the opportunities that have defined our business for the better, and those that will drive us forward. He's been our biggest advocate, and we intend to remain his.”
Mr. Gosse said it was a privilege to step into the role and shared where his focus as Chief Executive would lie.
"My focus is where it's always been - on our people, the standard of work we deliver, and a culture that nurtures not only high performance, but curiosity and creativity in us all. That's the foundation we'll continue to build on as we move forward with considered ambition."
