Leading Australasian real estate group Raine & Horne will reward a team of its top-performing residential and commercial principals and agents with an exclusive Singapore Study Tour, which reinforces its long-standing commitment to recognising excellence and investing in the development of its highest achievers.
Awarded as part of the super brand’s 2025 Sky’s The Limit incentive campaign announced during the real estate group’s sold-out state awards held in February and March, the deluxe Singapore Study Tour is valued at approximately $10,000 per person and combines world-class learning, premium hospitality and unforgettable experiences in one of the world’s most dynamic cities.
The incentive campaign winners were Raine & Horne's top performers for appraisals, listings and auctions conducted between 1 July and 31 December 2025, and represent the group’s residential and commercial divisions.
The premium four-day leadership and incentive experience, from 31 May to 4 June 2026, will be led by Angus Raine, Executive Chairman of Raine & Horne Group, and Chris Nicholl, CEO of Raine & Horne Group.
“For our top achievers who represent the full gamut of the Raine & Horne network covering capital cities and regional towns, across residential, commercial and rural markets, this exclusive experience blends world-class learning, unforgettable entertainment and premium hospitality in one of the most dynamic cities on our planet,” Mr Raine said.
The Singapore itinerary includes exclusive study sessions with industry leaders and visits to major development, planning and real estate organisations and authorities, including the head office of one of Singapore’s largest private real estate firms.
The tour offers a curated program of site visits and insights sessions that includes:
The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) Gallery – Singapore’s globally recognised urban planning showcase.
Aurea / Golden Mile Sales Gallery - Aurea is a new, 45-storey luxury residential tower featuring 188 exclusive units in Singapore’s District 7 (Beach Road), part of the redeveloped Golden Mile complex that is expected to be completed by Q2 2029.
W Residences Singapore, which is redefining CBD living as a one-of-a-kind hotel-home integrated branded residence.
“These curated visits will give our leading agents and principals behind-the-scenes access to some of Singapore’s most exciting developments and planning initiatives,” Mr Raine said.
Participants will also experience a series of premium networking and hospitality events, including a welcome dinner at world-famous Jumbo Seafood, a Mega Adventure Sentosa experience, a VIP Night Safari evening at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a Singapore food and history tour, and a farewell lunch overlooking the Singapore skyline at Level33.
Raine & Horne leverages Southeast Asian ties to reward top performers
Founded in 1883, Raine & Horne has maintained strong ties to Southeast Asia for many decades and opened 12 offices in Malaysia in 1989, establishing an early international footprint in the region well before many Australian real estate brands looked offshore. Raine & Horne Malaysia will be represented at the Singapore Study Tour by its Managing Director, Mr Ganesh Chinnappan.
Mr Raine said Singapore was selected for its global reputation in innovation, infrastructure, urban planning, and sophisticated real estate development.
“At Raine & Horne, we strongly believe in investing in our top-performing people because they are central to the long-term success of our group,” he said.
“Experiences such as this help ensure our leading principals and sales agents continue to evolve, collaborate and bring fresh thinking back to their businesses and clients.”
The Singapore Study Tour initiative also reflects the strong culture within the Raine & Horne network. The tour winners were announced and celebrated during the group’s sold-out 2026 “Above & Beyond” state awards season in February and March, which attracted more than 1,500 attendees nationally.
“Our awards events have become major occasions within the network because they celebrate achievement while also bringing our people together to collaborate, share ideas and strengthen relationships,” Mr Raine said.
“Experiences such as the Study Tour to Singapore and last year’s visit to Uluru are another way we continue to support the professional and personal growth of our highest performers.”
Mr Nicholl said the study tour would provide participants with rare access to leading international property and urban planning insights while helping align and accelerate performance across the Raine & Horne network.
“One of the strengths of our network is the willingness of our people to continuously learn, evolve and share ideas,” he said.
“This study tour allows our leading agents and principals to experience best practice in one of the world’s most economically advanced cities while also building stronger relationships across the network.”
Mr Nicholl added, “It’s also an opportunity to align our leading operators around new ideas, emerging trends and future opportunities that can help accelerate growth across the broader Raine & Horne group.”
