REMAX Empowers Property Managers Through Platinum Plus Forum

REMAX Australia celebrated the network’s property management professionals at Brisbane’s beautiful Bougainvillea House on Wednesday, July 22, hosting some of the network’s top property management professionals for the REMAX Property Management Platinum Plus Forum.

Recognising the dedication, care and expertise of its property management professionals, REMAX Australia Operations Director Josh Davoren welcomed invitees to the annual event, now in its third year, to celebrate success and support continued professional growth within the property management sector.

Their contribution to keeping the industry moving, while supporting landlords and tenants across the country with compassion and professionalism, is truly outstanding and we are committed to recognising and empowering our professionals through events like this."

Featuring a thoughtfully curated line-up of speakers, the event brought together leading industry experts and business leaders to share practical insights, fresh perspectives and valuable experiences with the like-minded REMAX property management community.

Founder and Director of PM Collective, Ashleigh Goodchild, was the first speaker of the day. As one of Western Australia’s most respected industry leaders, Ms Goodchild has played an influential role in supporting property management professionals and business owners through mentoring, education and industry advocacy. Drawing on more than two decades of industry experience, she highlighted the importance of delivering exceptional customer service with kindness, empathy and genuine support.

In an inspiring session, award-winning leader, author, podcaster and Global CEO Sadhana Smiles spoke on the importance of building resilience, both professionally and personally. Sharing her journey from humble beginnings to leading industry voices, she explored why resilience is one of the most valuable skills for achieving long-term success.

The final speaker of the day was award-winning former Sportsgirl CEO Colleen Callander. The bestselling author, business advisor, board director and founder of Mentor Me Women shared powerful insights into leadership, resilience and confidence. With more than three decades of leadership experience, she shared the importance of leading with personal values, fostering strong teams, and recognising the signs of burnout.

Alongside the outstanding speaker line-up, the invitation-only event provided an opportunity for REMAX members to connect with peers from across the network.
