Raine & Horne Acquires Top Two Floors of Iconic Sydney Property

Leading Australasian property group, Raine & Horne, has acquired Level 11 and 12 of one of Sydney’s most iconic buildings, the art deco 65 York Street in the biggest strata deal of 2025.

Formerly James Hardie House, 65 York Street is renowned as the first Art Deco office tower in Australia. Raine and Horne will have exclusive access to a 300 sqm north-facing balcony, the largest rooftop balcony in the Sydney CBD.

Levels 11 and 12 will be refurbished to augment Raine & Horne’s Align & Accelerate strategy, designed to accelerate the success of every Raine & Horne office and provide a leading environment for employees and clients.
