Harcourts Property Centre has reinforced its position as one of Australia's leading real estate businesses after being recognised with a series of prestigious honours at the 2026 Harcourts International and Australian Awards.

The standout result saw Harcourts Property Centre named the #1 Harcourts Australia Franchise, while also securing a place among the Top Five International Franchises across the global Harcourts network.

The recognition reflects another year of strong growth for the business, which now operates from 12 locations across South East Queensland, employs more than 250 property professionals and manages almost 3,000 properties.

Among the major achievements, Harcourts Property Centre received:

    • #1 Harcourts Australia Franchise
    • Top 5 International Franchise
    • #3 International Office – Coorparoo
    • #2 Harcourts Australia Residential Office – Coorparoo
    • #2 International Property Management Office Growth
    • #2 Harcourts Australia Property Management Office Growth
    • #2 Harcourts Australia Property Management Office – Organic Growth

Co-Managing Director Sam Devlin said the awards recognised the collective efforts of the entire Property Centre team.

"Whilst we're incredibly proud of these achievements, the reality is that results like this are never achieved by individuals," Mr Devlin said.

"They are achieved by an extraordinary team of people who show up every day committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients. Every sale, every property managed, every campaign and every client interaction contributes to moments like these."

Co-Managing Director Aaron Brooks said the recognition reflected years of disciplined growth and a commitment to maintaining a people-first culture.

"We've always believed that if we focus on our people, our clients and delivering a consistently high standard of service, the results will follow," Mr Brooks said.

"To be recognised amongst the top businesses not only in Australia but internationally is incredibly rewarding. However, our focus remains firmly on continuing to improve and creating opportunities for our people and our clients."

The awards also recognised excellence within Property Centre's property management division, with Dimitri Loukaras named the #2 International Property Manager across the Harcourts network.

The accolade highlights Dimitri's exceptional expertise, leadership and dedication to delivering outstanding results for landlords and investors, while reinforcing Property Centre's reputation as one of the country's leading property management businesses.

"Dimitri's recognition on the international stage is thoroughly deserved," Mr Devlin said.

"Property management is built on trust, communication and consistency, and Dimitri exemplifies all of those qualities. He has an incredible work ethic and an unwavering commitment to his clients, and we are proud to see him recognised amongst the very best in our global network."

The awards cap off another significant chapter for Harcourts Property Centre, which has continued to expand its footprint across South East Queensland while strengthening its offering across residential sales, property management, project marketing and advisory services.

Mr Devlin said the business viewed the accolades as motivation rather than a destination.

"We are proud of what we've achieved, but we're not interested in resting on our laurels," he said.

"Better never stops. Our responsibility is to continue improving, continue innovating and continue delivering the finest real estate experience possible for our clients and communities. That's the standard we've set for ourselves and the standard we'll continue to pursue."

The recognition further cements Harcourts Property Centre's reputation as one of Australia's premier real estate businesses and highlights the strength of the culture, people and service standards that continue to drive its success.
