Three Harcourts Mandurah agents make national top 50 dealmakers list
Michael Goodwin, Mitchell Seamer and Alison Hobbs account for half of the six WA agents in the 2026 REB Dealmakers ranking.

Three agents from one regional Western Australian office, Harcourts Mandurah, have been named in the national top 50 of the 2026 Real Estate Business Dealmakers ranking, accounting for half of the six WA agents on the list.
Michael Goodwin ranked 17th, Mitchell Seamer 39th and Alison Hobbs 47th. The ranking, now in its 10th year, is based on settlements and year-on-year growth in deals settled during the 2025-26 financial year.
A regional office punching above its weight
Paul Blakeley, licensee of Harcourts Mandurah, said the WA count made the result stand out.
"What makes this achievement even more special is that there were only six representatives from all of WA who made the list. To have 50 per cent of those coming from our office alone is outstanding," he said.
Selling director Ben Hatch said the result came from "consistency, good communication and a commitment to seeing each transaction through".
Harcourts Australia chief executive Adrian Knowles called it "a testament to the work you do for your clients every day".
Why it matters
Settlement-based rankings reward agents who get deals over the line, not just listings signed or prices quoted. Three names from a single office in Mandurah, outside Perth's prestige markets, shows that volume and growth are being built in regional centres as much as in the capitals.
