Sydney's Eastern Suburbs has a new real estate powerhouse — and one that comes with more than three decades of local experience behind it.
George and Aishah Savva have officially opened Harcourts Wentworth Partners in Maroubra, marking the next chapter of a family-owned business that has served Sydney's Eastern Suburbs since around 1990. Whilst the Harcourts brand is new, the business is anything but.
"Harcourts Wentworth Partners is a new brand, but we are not a new business," said Aishah Savva. "George and I have operated together in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs for over 30 years, building our business on long-term client relationships, local knowledge, and professional service."
Today, that business manages more than 600 properties across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs — a testament to the trust clients have placed in the Savvas over the years. In addition to their residential sales and property management operations, the team also provides commercial property services, offering clients a genuinely full-service offering.
Whilst the business has been based in Maroubra since 2021, its ties to the Eastern Suburbs run far deeper. From Randwick and Coogee to Bondi Junction and the south-eastern coastal corridor, the Savvas have long championed the region's unmatched lifestyle and investment potential. Having lived locally in Randwick and Little Bay for more than 35 years combined, they bring a genuine understanding of the communities and lifestyle that continue to attract families and investors to the area.
Beyond property, George and Aishah are active supporters of local community and animal welfare initiatives throughout the Eastern Suburbs — a reflection of the values that have shaped their business from the beginning.
To support the next phase of growth, the Savvas sought a partnership with a globally recognised brand that matched those values.
"When we decided our business required a strong, industry-leading brand to support its next chapter, Harcourts was the clear choice," said George Savva. "We were drawn to the professionalism of its leadership team, the quality of its support systems, and its demonstrated commitment to strategic expansion."
Andrew McCulloch, CEO of Harcourts NSW, welcomed the new addition warmly: "We are thrilled to have George, Aishah, and their team join the network. Their deep-rooted local expertise and dedication to professional excellence make them a natural fit for Harcourts as we continue to strengthen our presence across Sydney."
Harcourts Wentworth Partners is now open, combining the strength of an international brand with the kind of genuine local insight that can only come from over 30 years of living and working in the community.
