A decade after beginning her real estate career with Harcourts, experienced property professional Ayesha Shahnawaz has returned to the brand to launch Harcourts Infinity, opening a new office in Balcatta as she enters the next chapter of her growing business.
Located at Suite 5B, 1/204 Balcatta Road, Balcatta, Harcourts Infinity brings together a team of six, including Ayesha, four sales professionals and a dedicated virtual assistant, providing residential sales and property management services across Perth.
Ayesha's return to Harcourts follows the successful establishment of her independent agency, Paradise Pulse Realty, which she founded after leaving Harcourts Elite Agents, where she built her career as a Property Manager.
With almost a decade of experience spanning property management, residential sales, leasing and business operations, Ayesha said returning to Harcourts was a natural decision.
"Coming back to Harcourts feels like coming home," Ms Shahnawaz said.
"I started my real estate career with Harcourts, so the values and culture have always stayed with me. Building Paradise Pulse Realty gave me the opportunity to establish my own business and develop an incredible client base, and now Harcourts provides the perfect platform to take that business to the next level."
She said the decision was driven by more than just the strength of the brand.
"Harcourts has one of the strongest reputations in Australian real estate, but what really attracted me was the people-first culture," she said.
"The systems, technology, training and support available through Harcourts will allow our team to continue growing while maintaining the personalised service our clients have come to expect."
Beginning her career in property management, Ayesha developed a strong reputation for professionalism, integrity and exceptional client service before expanding into residential sales and business ownership.
Today, much of her business comes through repeat clients and referrals.
"One of the things I'm most proud of is the number of clients who continue to come back to us and recommend us to family and friends," she said.
"Real estate is ultimately about relationships. Every transaction is built on trust, and we've worked hard to earn that trust by putting our clients first."
The new office's name also reflects the team's long-term vision.
"Infinity represents limitless opportunities, continuous growth and long-term relationships," Ms Shahnawaz said.
"We want to build a business that's here for the long term—one that grows alongside our clients and our community. For us, success isn't measured by one transaction; it's measured by relationships that last for years."
CEO of Harcourts Australia, Adrian Knowles, welcomed Ayesha and her team back to the Harcourts network.
"Ayesha's journey is a fantastic example of entrepreneurship, determination and a commitment to exceptional client service," Mr Knowles said.
"She has successfully built her own business and established a strong reputation in the Perth market. We're delighted she has chosen to return to Harcourts as she embarks on this exciting new chapter, and we look forward to supporting the continued growth of Harcourts Infinity."
With Perth continuing to attract families, investors, first-home buyers and professionals seeking lifestyle and opportunity, Ayesha believes the timing is right for the next phase of her business.
"Our community continues to grow, and so do the opportunities within it," she said.
"We're excited to help more people achieve their property goals while delivering the personalised service, honesty and professionalism that have always defined the way we do business."
