From The Block to Home: Harcourts Helps Britt & Taz Turn The Page

Fresh from making history as the first Western Australian team to win The Block, Britt and Taz have marked another significant milestone, selling their Yanchep family home through Harcourts Valley to Vines as they embark on an exciting new chapter.

The property at 27 Mousehole Crescent, Yanchep has sold for $1.35 million, with Gail Woods, Property Sales, Licensee & Director, Harcourts Valley to Vines, successfully negotiating the sale.

The sale follows an extraordinary year for the couple, who captured the hearts of viewers across Australia by winning The Block 2025. Their stunning Daylesford renovation sold for $3.41 million during the show's dramatic auction finale, securing them more than $520,000 in prize money and profit.

Since their television success, Britt and Taz have returned to Western Australia, taking on new roles within the Western Australia Police Force's Media Unit. The move allows them to spend more time with their young family while continuing to support regional communities across the state.

Their Yanchep home, built in 2018, was originally created as the family home before they relocated to Newman. Having been rented during their time away, the property was ready for its next owners as the couple prepared to begin another renovation journey.
