Ray White Lower North Shore Group has announced the appointment of respected sales leader Casey Mikhael, who will play a key role in driving the growth and performance of the sales division.

This marks the third senior sales appointment in recent months, following the addition of high-performing agents Chris Davies and Colin Craig, underscoring the Group’s ongoing commitment to expansion and attracting leading industry talent.

Mr Mikhael, well regarded across the Lower North Shore for his leadership and contribution to the growth of local brands, said he was drawn to the company’s balance of high performance and strong culture.

“I have watched from afar how the business not only delivers results but also invests in the community and broader real estate ecosystem.

It’s a brand that consistently strives to exceed expectations, both internally and externally.”

Richard Harding, Founder and Director of Ray White Lower North Shore Group, said the appointment reflects the company’s strategy to strengthen its market position while supporting its people.

“Casey brings a proven track record of building sales performance and developing teams.

His leadership, coupled with his ability to collaborate with management, will allow us to further expand our market share and provide even greater opportunities for our people.”

With a reputation for building respected sales teams and a loyal following across the industry, Mr Mikhael’s arrival comes at a pivotal time for the business as it sharpens its growth trajectory across the Lower North Shore.
