Australia’s fastest-growing real estate network adds ninth office for the year
One Agency, Australia’s fastest-growing real estate network, has announced the launch of its ninth new office for 2025, further strengthening its national footprint with a new presence in Sydney’s Upper North Shore.
The new business One Agency Roseville-Lindfield-Killara led by Christine He, will service a high-demand corridor encompassing three of Sydney’s most established residential suburbs. The office is located on Tryon Road in Lindfield,
strategically positioned within walking distance of major transport infrastructure and key retail hubs.
This latest expansion follows a sustained period of network growth, with nine new offices added across New South Wales, Queensland, and Western Australia in the first six months of the year.
The One Agency model, which allows experienced agents to operate under a national brand with fixed costs and complete business ownership, has attracted significant interest amid ongoing cost pressures in the traditional franchise sector.
Founder and CEO Paul Davies said the network’s expansion has been underpinned by a clear shift in how top-performing agents view brand alignment and operational autonomy.
“The addition of Roseville-Lindfield-Killara is a direct reflection of the calibre of business owners we’re now attracting.
The model appeals to those seeking full control without sacrificing access to systems, structure, and a nationally recognised identity.”
Mindy Powell-Hodges, who joined the group’s leadership team earlier this year, said there is continued momentum heading into the second half of 2025.
“To have added nine offices in six months speaks to the strength of the model and the level of market confidence in the brand.
There are currently another six offices in various stages of onboarding across Australia and New Zealand, and the overall energy within the network is building.”
The new office will be supported by One Agency’s proprietary platform, ONE PLACE, a centralised ecosystem of marketing resources, operational systems, and lead generation tools designed to streamline agency performance while reducing overheads.
