Harcourts Launches “Harcourts Predict” – Turning Data Into Daily Appraisal Opportunities

Harcourts has unveiled Harcourts Predict, the latest in its exclusive suite of technology solutions designed to help agents unlock opportunity from within their own databases.
Harcourts Predict intelligently surfaces high-probability call opportunities, enabling sales consultants to re-engage contacts, strengthen relationships and earn the opportunity to provide property appraisals — all powered by real-time network data.
Turning Network Intelligence Into Action
Harcourts Predict works by cross-referencing every Harcourts listing and sale across the network with individual agents’ property and contact records.
Throughout the lifecycle of a property — from listing agreement through to going under contract and unconditional sale — Predict scans an agent’s database to identify nearby property owners with similar homes.
From there, the platform identifies the most comparable property; assesses which owner is most likely to be interested in a market appraisal; and delivers one curated, high-quality “Opportunity to Call” directly to the agent via a daily email
Each email links to a dedicated Opportunity to Call page within Harcourts Predict, giving agents all the information they need to confidently pick up the phone.
According to Leonard Donaldson, Harcourts Chief Information Officer, who introduced the new technology to the Harcourts network (pictured on stage), the platform reflects a deliberate shift toward smarter, more actionable technology.

What Agents See
On the Opportunity to Call page, agents are presented with:
· A clear reason for the call (e.g., a nearby property has just gone under contract)
· A snapshot of the “alert property” including photo and details
· A matched “prospect property” from their own database
· An automated valuation estimate, including mid-point and value range
· A property history view, showing past sales data
· A map highlighting proximity between the alert and prospect properties
Agents can immediately select the preferred contact number and click “Call Now,” allowing the system to track engagement and optimise future opportunity delivery.
The platform also includes suggested scripts and step-by-step call guidance; integrated call notes and CRM reminders and a built-in feedback survey to continually refine and enhance the product.
Donaldson said the goal was simplicity backed by sophistication.
