Something significant is unfolding in Manningham, as two of the area’s most established and
forward-thinking real estate teams come together with a shared commitment to delivering a more
    considered, client-first experience.

Woodards Manningham has announced it will unite with the team behind Marshall White Manningham,
bringing together deep local knowledge, a strong track record in prestige property, and a shared focus on
    high-touch service.

The move sees Brenton Linmeiers and his team join Woodards and represents a strategic alignment to
strengthen capability, expand reach and elevate the client experience across the Manningham market.

Woodards CEO Nigel O’Neil said the transition reflects both the strength of the Woodards network and the
calibre of operators it continues to attract.

“This is about two high-performing teams coming together to strengthen what is already a very strong
presence in Manningham, ” Mr O’Neil said.

“It’s the same trusted team, now backed by greater resources, broader reach and a deeper level of support,
which ultimately translates to better outcomes for clients.”

Mr O’Neil said the leadership group at Woodards Manningham, comprising directors Stasi Adgemis, Alec
Stefanoski and Mr Linmeiers, represents a modern, highly engaged approach to real estate, combining
    experience with a progressive mindset.

“It brings together next-generation leadership with exceptional experience, which is a powerful combination
in today’s market, ” he said.

“Importantly, they are hands-on, client-facing leaders who are deeply invested in their people, their clients
    and their community.”

Mr O’Neil said the move reinforces the direction of the broader Woodards network.

“When quality operators choose to align with Woodards, it reinforces that we are heading in the right
direction as a brand, ” he said.

For Mr Linmeiers, the decision to join Woodards was driven by long-standing relationships and a shared
vision for what a modern real estate business should look like.

“We’ve always had a strong level of respect for each other, and over time it became clear that we could
achieve more together than we could individually, ” Mr Linmeiers said.

“It’s very hard to build something truly exceptional in isolation. This allows us to bring together great people,
strong systems and a shared commitment to doing things properly.

Mr Linmeiers said the combined business will offer a more complete service, from prestige homes through
to investment properties, while maintaining a personalised approach.

“With more people and better support behind the scenes, it allows our agents to focus on what matters
most, which is delivering a higher level of service to every client, ” he said.

“Our business has always been built on results and reputation, and this gives us the platform to take that
    even further.”

Woodards Manningham director Stasi Adgemis said the alignment comes at a time when clients are
seeking both reach and genuine service, something he believes is often missing at scale.

“There’s a clear gap in the market for businesses that can combine strong reach with genuine, one-on-one
    service,” Mr Adgemis said.

“We’re not trying to be the biggest. We’re focused on being the best in how we look after people and the
    outcomes we deliver.

Mr Adgemis said the business has been built around a more adaptive and modern approach to marketing
    and buyer engagement.

“Real Estate isn’t the same for every client. You need to understand where buyers are and how they
engage, whether that’s through digital, social or more traditional channels,” he said.

“This allows us to bring a more considered, tailored approach to every campaign.”

Mr Stefanoski said the unification spelled an exciting time for the office and the entire Woodards network.

“ We're merging two young, driven and rising teams together, which is only going to solidify ourselves as
one of the big players in the eastern suburbs,” he said.

“ We have two offices that align when it comes to values and how we do business. We have far greater
resources at our disposal now, while still keeping that boutique, personalised service we’re renowned for.”

The unified team will continue to operate with a strong community focus, positioning Woodards
Manningham as a clear and credible choice for property in 2026, built on trust, performance and a shared
commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience at every stage of the journey.
