Remax Strengthens WA Presence With the Launch of Remax Proactive

REMAX continues to strengthen its presence across Western Australia, with the network opening another office in Perth’s southern suburbs.

Located in Willetton, REMAX Proactive will be led by Fahim Kabir, with a strong focus on structured growth, client service excellence, and building a high-performing business within one of Perth’s most active growth corridors.

Fahim transitions into business ownership following his role as Business Development Manager with the network’s Cannington office, REMAX Extreme. He said the opportunity to remain aligned with the REMAX brand while pursuing the next stage of growth through his own franchise business was an exciting step forward.

“REMAX is a highly regarded brand in Perth with strong global recognition, providing a solid foundation and confidence when stepping into business ownership,” Fahim said.

Prior to 2024, Fahim successfully managed both property management and sales divisions simultaneously, providing him with broad operational experience and a well-rounded understanding of the industry.

Having built experience across two of Australia’s most recognised real estate brands, Fahim has been recognised for his strong performance and commitment to client service receiving multiple awards across some the industry’s leading real estate brands.

Known for his responsive communication, efficiency, and client-focused approach, Fahim places a strong emphasis on delivering outstanding outcomes and long-term value for landlords within the property management sector.

“A decade in real estate, combined with several years involved in new home construction, has given me valuable perspective in how I support and guide my clients,” he said.

“For me, being able to provide practical, informed advice that not only assists clients today but also positions them well for the future is incredibly important.

“From a business perspective, having ownership over the processes, culture, and direction of the business was a major motivating factor as I continue building for long-term growth with the backing of a strong brand and network.”
