Proptech Australia's Proptech Forum returns to The Collider in Sydney on Friday 13 November 2026, with a theme, From Adoption to Advantage, that explores how proptechs can convert AI adoption into genuine competitive advantage without losing the trust of clients, partners and regulators.
"AI adoption is old news, and turning it into real, lasting advantage without losing client trust is what matters next," Proptech Australia says of this year's theme. The sub-theme is Blueprint for Trust in an AI World.
The full-day flagship conference is at The Collider, 477 Pitt Street, Haymarket. Registration opens at 7.30am AEDT, doors open at 8am and the program runs from 8.30am to 4.15pm, followed by networking drinks from 4.30pm. Proptech Australia says speakers will be announced progressively.
Thursday satellite events and Pitch in the Pub
The forum opens on Thursday 12 November with satellite events from 2pm AEDT, each a small-group deep dive at a different Sydney venue. JLL's head of shared services, Mark Hedges, hosts "Underneath Barangaroo: Tech, Sustainability and 77,000m² of Basement", a tour of the systems that run the Barangaroo precinct, limited to 15 people. Valocity's "Beyond the Blueprint: Let's Build Something" is a hands-on proptech data and API lab at its York Street office for 30 people, hosted by chief product officer Tim Jenner, general manager of strategic alliances Hannah Nimot and data product manager Joel Tan. Satellite tickets are $75 for members and $100 for non-members, GST included.
From 5.30pm to 7.30pm, start-ups go head-to-head at Pitch in the Pub at Scruffy Murphys Irish Bar, 43-57 Goulburn Street, Haymarket, pitching for the title of Best Proptech Pitch in a Pub. Paul Findlay is listed as MC. Entry is free, with an RSVP required and numbers limited to 50.
Tickets
Forum tickets are $300 for Proptech Australia members and $400 for non-members, GST included, with early bird sales now ended. Proptech Australia pitches the event at proptech founders, developers, data scientists, academics and proptech executives.
