Victorians are set to benefit from a new partnership between the OBrien Real Estate franchise group and Blank Financial, which will bring in-house lending and financial services directly to clients across the state.
The collaboration aims to streamline the experience for buyers, sellers, investors, tenants and agents by centralising key financial services under one roof.
Stavros Ambatzidis, corporate director and co-founder of OBrien Real Estate, said the initiative was designed to provide greater value and clarity to clients navigating property decisions.
“Teaming up with Blank Financial allows us to deliver a more complete and simplified service offering,”
Ambatzidis said. “It’s about equipping people with trusted support and practical tools, while staying true to the values of trust, care and community that underpin both of our brands.”
The partnership is also set to strengthen community connections, with both businesses continuing to back local causes and philanthropic efforts.
Bernard Desmond, director at Blank Financial, said the alignment of values between the two organisations made the partnership a natural fit.
“OBrien’s commitment to its clients and community mirrors our own,” Desmond said. “Together, we’re creating an easier and more confident pathway for people to navigate the property and finance space.”
The announcement follows recent leadership changes at OBrien Real Estate, including the appointment of Andrew Martin as strategic growth adviser and head of auctions.
Martin brings with him deep experience across media and real estate, having held senior roles at Fairfax, News Corp, and Ray White, as well as previously serving as COO at Noel Jones.
