Experienced sales consultant brings local market knowledge, a strong technology background and a people-first approach to her new role.

Harcourts Pinnacle has welcomed Naomi Carter as a Sales Consultant, bringing an established track record in North Brisbane real estate, a strong focus on client relationships and experience working with technology-driven sales platforms.

Since joining the business, Naomi has already launched three listings, putting her local market knowledge and client-focused approach to work from the outset.

Naomi began her real estate career on the Sunshine Coast, where she secured eight listings in her first three months. She later moved to North Brisbane, spending seven years building her market presence across North Lakes, Morayfield, Burpengary and Narangba.

A move into a technology-focused business marked another significant chapter in her career. Working with NurtureCloud and its associated real estate platform, Upside, Naomi embraced new approaches to customer relationship management, lead generation and online systems, helping to expand her sales business and professional development.

In 2022, she was named among the platform’s top 10 performers nationally, an achievement that also gave her the opportunity to work alongside company leaders and broaden her experience beyond traditional real estate sales.

Naomi said the culture and people at Harcourts Pinnacle were key factors in her decision to join the team.

“I always had respect for the people and culture at this business. The fact that there is very little turnover in staff and that everyone seems aligned in goals and mutual respect is what attracted me here,” she said.

Returning to the Harcourts brand was another important drawcard.

“I loved coming back to the brand and joining a great team,” Naomi said.

Her approach to real estate combines a genuine interest in people with practical knowledge of how to present and market property. With a background in renovation, design styling and home staging, Naomi brings an understanding of how thoughtful preparation and presentation can help a property stand out in the market.

She places particular importance on listening to clients, understanding their individual goals and developing a strategy that reflects their circumstances, supported by her knowledge of the Moreton Bay area.

Jonathan King, Chief Growth Officer at Harcourts Pinnacle, said Naomi’s experience and approach would be valuable additions to the business.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Naomi Carter to Harcourts Pinnacle. Naomi joins us at an exciting time for the business and brings a fresh perspective, strong drive and a genuine passion for helping people achieve their property goals.

“We see tremendous potential in Naomi and are excited not only about the contribution she'll make to our clients and team, but also about the opportunity to support her growth and success as part of the Harcourts Pinnacle family.”

Naomi’s appointment reflects Harcourts Pinnacle’s focus on bringing experienced, client-focused people into its team while providing an environment where they can continue to develop their skills and build their businesses.
