The agency has officially opened the doors to its second location in Yeppoon, signalling a bold new chapter for the team.
Led by Business Owner Grace Low, this expansion marks a significant milestone in the agency’s growth plan and solidifies its commitment to the Capricorn Coast region.
For Grace Low, this isn’t just business growth; it’s a homecoming.
"I was born in Yeppoon and grew up here," says Ms Low, who brings over 18 years of real estate experience to the table. "I live, love, and breathe the Capricorn Coast lifestyle, so this was a natural step forward for our business.
Expanding into the Yeppoon Coastal Region has always been part of our long-term vision, and I’m incredibly excited to bring our people-first approach to my hometown."
Since partnering with Harcourts four years ago to lead the Rockhampton office, Low has built a dynamic team known for its "people-first" culture.
This dedication was recently recognised when the agency was awarded a top-three ranking in the state for client experience—a testament to the team’s commitment to making every phone call and interaction count.
"Our office is driven by good culture, excellent morals, and a great attitude," Grace explains. "We spend a lot of time as a team, so we make sure our office environment is a positive and embracing hub.
I couldn’t be more proud of our team, with some of our sales agents achieving personal bests in the last quarter. We are truly going from strength to strength."
Beyond buying and selling, Harcourts Low & Co is deeply embedded in the local fabric. Staff members actively coach local sports teams, and the agency sponsors both netball and touch football teams in the Yeppoon area.
"Our children go to school here, and we like to be involved as much as possible within our community," adds Ms Low.
Harcourts Queensland CEO Andrew Friebe welcomed the expansion, noting the strength of Grace Low’s leadership.
"Grace and her team have consistently demonstrated what it means to put people first," said Mr Friebe. "Their expansion into Yeppoon is a fantastic development for the network and the local community.
We look forward to seeing them continue to thrive and provide exceptional service to the Capricorn Coast."
Harcourts Low & Co Yeppoon is now open and ready to assist friends, community members, and clients with a fresh new look. Whether you need to find a rental or sell your biggest asset, Grace Low and her team are here to guide you through the process with ease.
