Harcourts Establishes New Presence in Canberra with Gungahlin | Belconnen Launch

Harcourts is establishing a new presence in Canberra with the opening of Harcourts Gungahlin | Belconnen, led by experienced directors Luke McAuliffe and Nikki McAuliffe.

With a combined 20 years in real estate across residential sales, property management, commercial property and leasing, the pair are bringing a strong focus on personalised service, local knowledge and long-term client relationships to Canberra’s northern suburbs.

For Luke and Nikki, the decision to establish their new business is particularly personal. They have lived, worked and invested in the Gungahlin and Belconnen areas with their families and see an opportunity to build a business that is deeply connected to the communities they call home.

His business has been built largely through repeat clients and referrals, underpinned by meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to making the property journey as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Nikki brings extensive experience across real estate operations and property management, with a career built on experience, integrity and an unwavering commitment to her clients.

Her approach is grounded in attention to detail, strong communication and a genuine commitment to understanding each client’s individual needs.
