In a first for the industry, the 2025 REIV Awards for Excellence red carpet had an extra touch of sparkle and style on Thursday night, thanks to renowned lawyer for real estate agents, Rex Afrasiabi, and his Real Estate Renovators podcast co-host, Chanel McAsey.
The dynamic duo hosted the inaugural “Fashions of the REIV”, bringing a blend of charm, laughter, and light-hearted competition to one of the most anticipated nights on the real estate calendar.
As nominees, industry leaders, and guests arrived, Rex and Chanel were on the red carpet chatting with attendees, capturing the glamour, energy, and excitement of the evening.
Guests were invited to stop by for a quick interview and their very own red-carpet moment — with a stylish incentive.
The best-dressed man and woman each took home a $1,000 gift voucher, adding a fun and fashionable twist to the night’s celebrations.
