REA Group Ranks Third in Australia’s Best Workplaces 2025

REA Group has once again proven itself a leader in workplace culture, securing the #3 spot in Australia’s Best Workplaces 2025.

The announcement, made by Great Place to Work® at an event in Sydney last week, cements REA’s reputation as the highest-ranked ASX-listed business and the only Australian-listed company to break into the top 10.

Certified as a Great Place to Work in March, REA went on to achieve its strongest result to date in the program. Since entering in 2021, the property tech leader has consistently placed in the top five — a track record that reflects its sustained investment in people and culture.

Speaking after the announcement, CEO Owen Wilson said the achievement was especially meaningful because it comes directly from employee feedback.
